OFFERINGS

-Pay structure 80% with your trailer or 72% with ours.

(Our trailers will be brand new for each contractor, the contractor will be married to the trailer and they will be 100% owned by TITAN TRUCK LINES LLC! No rented/lease trailers here)

-No weekly deductions 

(ONLY DEDUCTION will be if you require a IRP base plate. If you already have one GREAT. WE ENCOURAGE CONTRACTORS TO HAVE THEIR OWN PLATE)

-100% of fuel rebates are passed onto the contractor

-Pay weeks are Sunday to Saturday by midnight, which will be paid the following Friday. (Eventually we will offer NEXT DAY PAY)

-Annual Longevity Bonus and Quarterly Safety Bonus

-Direct Deposit with no fees passed onto you

-Escrow $3000 and $1000 of the escrow due upfront Escrow is fully refundable. The rest is deducted at $75.00 per week until escrow is fully funded.

-We track your IFTA, File your IFTA and pay your IFTA tax. We do not charge it back

-You have the ability to dispatch and negotiate the loads yourself, we want you to have total control of your business if you want to do that. but if you want to focus on driving and not sitting we can dispatch you.

-Load boards are on us. Just tell us which boards you want access to.

-If you receive and PASS a DOT Roadside inspection you will earn extra PERCENTAGE POINTS on the load you’re on which is also a part of the safety package.

-We use MOTIVE ELD so contractors will need to provide their own 7″-10″ tablet exclusively dedicated to ELD only.

-Ever had a breakdown and your truck is stuck in the shop and there’s no way of earning income while it’s down? Here at TITAN TRUCK LINES we are here to help. DRIVER QUALIFICATION
Meets all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications (which includes, but are not limited to, (FMCSR part 391).
Has a valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsements in state of residence and has no current license suspension or revocation. A work permit is never acceptable. (See FMCSR parts 383 and 391).
Has no conviction for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the last three (3) years. (See FMCSR parts 382, 391, 392 and 397) A “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” includes the following:

Excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 15 m.p.h. or more above the posted speed limit.
-Reckless driving, as defined by state or local law or regulation.
-Improper or erratic lane changes.
-Following the vehicle ahead too closely.
-Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failure to report an accident.
-Violating a State or local law or ordinance prohibiting texting while driving a motor vehicle.
-Violating a State or local law or ordinance restricting or prohibiting the use of a hand-held mobile device while driving.
Has no conviction for driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs violation.
Has zero (0) moving violations in the past 36 months.
Has no preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle.
Has a minimum of five (5) years of experience operating tractor/trailer equipment.
Must be at least 27 years old.

Tractor/trailer Equipment Requirements
Trucks and trailers that pass a STRICT Level One DOT inspection through an approved TITAN TRUCK LINES LLC inspection facility may be leased on. Tractor must also be capable of functioning with an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
Does TITAN TRUCK LINES LLC lease on teams?
Yes.
Does Titan Truck Lines LLC require an electronic logging device (ELD)?
Yes.

As long as your tractor has an electronically controlled engine, capable of functioning with an ELD (Electronic Logging Device), it does not need to be any particular make, model, color, or year. Always remember, at TITAN TRUCK LINES LLC the driver’s main objective is to run smart, not hard!
